تأسس مصنع الشرق الأوسط للملابس غير المنسوجة في عام 2020، ومنذ انطلاقتنا الأولى، وضعنا نصب أعيننا هدفاً واحداً: أن نصبح الصرح الصناعي الأكبر والأكثر ثقة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا لإنتاج الملابس الطبية المعقمة والمستلزمات الجراحية.

The Middle East Factory for Non-Woven Garments was established in 2020. Since our inception, we have set one goal: to become the largest and most trusted industrial facility in the Middle East and Africa for producing sterile medical garments and surgical supplies.

A scientific facility accredited with ISO 17025, ensuring the delivery of a perfect, defect-free product:

  • المعمل الفيزيائي: لاختبار متانة الخامات، مقاومة السوائل، وقوة الشد والتمزق.
    Physical Laboratory: For testing material durability, fluid resistance, and tensile/tear strength.
  • المعمل الميكروبيولوجي: لفحص التعقيم والتأكد من خلو المنتجات من أي نشاط بكتيري.
    Microbiological Laboratory: For sterility testing and ensuring products are free from any bacterial activity.

A smart manufacturing system relying on advanced technology to produce medical gowns and surgical kits:

  • الكلين روم (Clean Room): صالات إنتاج معقمة بالكامل لمنع التلوث البيئي.
    Clean Room: Fully sterilized production halls to prevent environmental contamination.
  • تكنولوجيا الألتراسونيك: استخدام الموجات فوق الصوتية في اللحام لضمان إحكام تام ومنع نفاذية السوائل.
    Ultrasonic Technology: Using ultrasonic welding to ensure perfect sealing and prevent fluid permeability.
